A 10-year guarantee on every job
Most tiling workmanship guarantees in New Zealand run one to two years. Ours runs ten. If something we've installed fails inside that window, we come back and fix it. The guarantee covers workmanship on every bathroom we tile, residential or commercial.
Use Your Own Tiles, or We Can Supply Them
You are welcome to supply your own tiles, or we can arrange supply through The Tile Room. When we manage supply, The Tile Room handles the ordering, delivery, grout colour matching, and supply details, so everything is lined up properly before installation. It gives you flexibility, while also giving us a smoother process when you want the supply handled for you.
PS3-certified waterproofing, in-house
Our team includes Auckland Council PS3 authors and Certified Waterproofers. We waterproof your shower and wet areas ourselves before a single tile goes down, so you're not coordinating a separate trade and we're not waiting on one either.
Natural stone is a specialty, not a surcharge
Marble, granite, limestone, travertine and slate are harder to install than porcelain. The veining doesn't forgive a bad cut and the material doesn't forgive a rushed setting bed. We install natural stone regularly and it's one of the things clients come to us for specifically.

We tile every surface a commercial fit-out needs, floors that carry heavy traffic, walls in kitchens, wet areas, and ceilings where the spec calls for it. Each comes with different substrate prep, compliance requirements and failure points.
Commercial & Floor Tiling
Commercial floors take constant load: foot traffic, trolleys, cleaning machinery, point loads from furniture and equipment. We prep the substrate to take it, set tiles flat to control lippage, and specify slip-resistant finishes rated to AS/NZS 4586 for wet and high-traffic zones. Porcelain and full-body tiles are our usual call for floors that need to last. The result is a floor that stays level and meets health-and-safety requirements.
Commercial Wall Tiling
In commercial kitchens, bathrooms and food-prep areas, what sits behind the tile matters as much as the tile itself. We build to the substrate the space requires — cement board in wet areas, with waterproofing applied behind the tile before a single one goes up. Grout lines are set consistently and sealed against moisture and staining. We use epoxy grout where hygiene standards or chemical cleaning demand it.
Commercial Ceiling
Tiled ceilings show up in commercial kitchens, pools, wet rooms and feature areas where the surface needs to resist moisture or meet a design brief. Ceiling work is more exacting than floor or wall tiling — every fixing carries the full weight of the tile, with no margin for a poor bond. We use the right mechanical fixings and adhesives for an overhead install, so the finish stays put.

Yes, and it's a core part of what we do. We work directly with builders, project managers and architects on commercial fit-outs, and our partnership with The Tile Room means we can take supply logistics - quantities, lead times, grout colours, delivery dates - off your plate entirely. For designers, we mix grout colours to the tile so the finish matches the spec.

Yes. We're certified waterproofers and an Auckland Council approved PS3 author, which means we issue the producer statement that certifies the waterproofing ourselves. A PS3 is the council documentation that confirms a wet area was waterproofed correctly. You don't need to bring in a separate certifier.
